Description

Dallas School District No. 2 is accepting applications for a part-time, 5.5-hours a day, Behavior Support Specialist to work with students at Dallas High School. 

  

 SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be over the age of 18 and have a high school diploma/GED.
  • Successful experience in working with students. Must be resourceful and positive and have the ability to work as a team member. Professionally represents the school and the district in interactions with staff, students, parents and the community.
  • Must be flexible, self-motivated, and self-monitoring.
  • Ability to deal in an empathetic manner with students. Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills required.
  • Prefer background in working with behavior students.
